John C. Mascari

Mr. Mascari represents business and individuals in tort and commercial litigation. Areas of particular litigation expertise include: products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents and general liability. Mr. Mascari handles litigation matters in both New York and Connecticut State and Federal courts.

Mr. Mascari is a member of the New York State Bar Association; Connecticut Bar Association; American Bar Association and American Association for Justice.

After graduating summa cum laude (Salutatorian) from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 1988, Mr. Mascari went on to attend Pace University School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in International Law in 1995. Mr. Mascari was an associate with De Caro & De Caro in Purchase, New York, before he joined Harrington, Ocko & Monk, in September, 1995.
