Carey is a registered patent attorney. Carey graduated from Texas A&M University
(B.S.CHEN.) in 2000 and Arizona State University (J.D.) cum laude in 2003. While
at Texas A&M University, Carey was admitted to the Phi Eta Sigma national honor
society. Carey represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property, including
patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright law. Her practice includes patent
and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office,
litigation of intellectual property disputes in both federal and state court, and
the preparation of various documents, including licensing agreements and assignments.
Carey is admitted in both the state and federal courts of Arizona and is a registered
patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
