A. David Logan, Ph.D. represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property.  He has extensive experience with domestic and international prosecution and litigation of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.  A great deal of Dr. Logan’s practice is devoted to advising clients in obtaining and enforcement of intellectual property protection domestically and internationally.  He works with clients and attorneys all over the world to obtain the most extensive intellectual property protection possible for his clients.  Dr. Logan’s clients include individuals, non-governmental organizations and companies of all sizes.

Dr. Logan obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with Cum Laude distinction.  He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering and Master of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.   He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Southern Methodist University with Magna Cum Laude distinction.  He is a founding partner with Venable, Campillo, Logan & Meaney, P.C.
