Mr. Mascari represents businesses and individuals in various commercial transaction and litigation matters. Areas of particular expertise include intellection property disputes, contract matters, business torts, construction incidents, real estate, employment, will/trusts, and general liability.
Mr. Mascari practices extensively in Arizona and New York, and is also admitted in Connecticut. He appears in numerous Federal and State Courts, as well as before administrative/regulatory bodies and neutral agencies (including the American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and JAMS). Mr. Mascari is a member of the Arizona Bar Association.
Mr. Mascari currently serves as of counsel to John D. Rapoport, P.C., in New York, and Black Law Group in Arizona.
After attending Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and graduating summa cum laude (Salutatorian) from John Jay College in New York City in 1988, Mr. Mascari went on to attend Fordham University School of Law, Arizona State University School of Justice Studies and Pace University School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in International Law. Mr. Mascari was an associate with De Caro & De Caro in Purchase, New York, before he joined Harrington, Ocko & Monk, in White Plains, New York, and was promoted to partner. In 2004 he began practicing in Arizona with Black & Portney, and has been with Campillo Logan Meaney PC since 2005, where he is currently a shareholder.
