Mr. Campillo is a registered patent attorney. Mr. Campillo’s
practice is concentrated in intellectual property litigation, procurement, and counseling.
His litigation practice includes: patent infringement litigation and inventorship
disputes; Lanham Act claims; and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. Intellectual
Property procurement practice includes the prosecution of patents and trademarks
before the Patent Office. Technological areas of expertise include integrated circuits,
combined electrical and mechanical systems, vacuum valves and circuits, and business
methods.
