John is a litigation and commercial transaction attorney, who is licensed in New York, Connecticut and Arizona. John graduated as salutatorian, summa cum laude from John Jay College in Manhattan, and received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in New York, where he was on the Moot Court Board and Dean’s List and received a Certificate in International Law.
After being a partner at the law firm of Harrington, Ocko & Monk in New York, John relocated to Arizona and joined Venable, Campillo, Logan & Meaney. John represents clients in all aspects of litigation, including state and Federal court matters, as well as mediations, arbitrations and other ADR proceedings. Besides litigation, his practice areas include corporate structure/business formation, contracts, real estate, torts (prosecution and defense), construction law, administrative issues and wills, estates and trusts. John also buttresses the intellectual property litigation and transactions of the firm.
Prior to graduating law school, John was the operations manager of a mid-sized construction company and work for the New York State Organized Crime Task Force.
