Joe is a registered patent attorney who is a licensed professional engineer in Arizona. Joe graduated cum laude from both Tufts University (B.S.C.E.) and Arizona State University (J.D.). While at Arizona State University, Joe twice received an American Jurisprudence award as well as recognition as a Pedrick Scholar.

Joe represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright law. His practice includes patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, litigation of intellectual property disputes in both federal and state court, and the preparation of various documents, including licensing agreements and assignments. Joe is admitted in both the state and federal courts of Arizona and practices at the firm’s Phoenix office.

Prior to attending law school, Joe was a structural engineer for more than four years with a mid-size engineering Massachusetts and New York.
