Mr. Venable is the founding shareholder of the firm and is a Registered Patent Attorney.
Mr. Venable’s practice is concentrated in intellectual property litigation and prosecution,
including patent and trademark prosecution, copyrights, software protection, trade
secrets and confidentiality. Mr. Venable is also a Judge Pro Tempore in the Maricopa
County Superior Court.
